This three-day study trip is arranged for members of Tambol Administrative Organisations (TAO) in the three Southern border provinces, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat to enhance understanding about and exchange experience in local administration.

The programme includes a courtesey call to the Royal Privy Councillor General Pichit Kulawanich at the Office of Consultancy to the Southern Situation in Bangkok; a seminar with Dr Thawatchai Iempiroj on the topic "Information Technology for Local Administration Supported at Tambol Development Activities" in Chonburi; a seminar with five TAOs of Banchang District of Rayong Province on the topic "Community Management: Perspective and Experiences from TAOs in Industrialised Area of the Eastern Seaboard" in Rayong Province.
