Die Konferenz wird im Palácio do Itamaraty von Rio de Janeiro veranstaltet und wird mehrere Experten aus Brasilien, Nordamerika und Europa versammeln, welche sich mit der europäischen Integration und Erweiterung im Lichte des Wandels des internationalen Umfeldes, der Finanzkrise sowie weiterer politischer Herausforderungen auseinandersetzen werden.
