Details

Using the example of the 2010 accession of Australia, Russia and New Zealand to ASEM, the authors discuss the purpose of ASEM as a forum for interregional dialogue versus ASEM as a platform for the development of bilateral and multilateral relations. Both authors Yeo Lay Hwee and Wilhelm Hofmeister will attend the event which is held under the auspices of the European Policy Centre (EPC), supported by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
