The conference is part of project entitled “Rule of Law in Security Sector Reform in Albania as an Accession Criterion to the European Union” and developed by IDM Albania and KAS-RLPSEE during 2012 and which consisted in a research study, a qualitative face to face

interviews with representatives of the institutions, studies reports

the above mentioned conference and a final publication.
