Enhancing the Capabilities of Parliamentary Personnel towards a SMART Parliament with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Parliamentary offices are required to function as learning organisations by continuously developing and utilising internal knowledge. This principle is fundamental to enhancing the overall effectiveness of parliamentary operations. This training program supports the Secretariat of the National Assembly (SNA) in becoming a SMART organisation by strengthening officials’ capacity to apply generative AI in their work. Building on the 2025 training with KAS Thailand, it focuses on practical skills, prompt design, and team-level application to improve efficiency, communication, and legislative support, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
