Bridging the gap between Citizens, Elected Leaders and Technocrates
Often local leaders and citizens do not find spaces to interact thus creating a gap between the leaders and the led. On 15.09.2017, GAIN Uganda will provide a platform for the elected leaders and Technocrats to account to the public in Mbale.
