This book consists of six chapters dedicated to three topics: multilateral aspects of climate change: challenges for COP30; climate change, security and international crime: a complex interaction; and the geopolitics of energy in the 21st century: power, resources and security. Each topic has two chapters: one dedicated to the Latin American perspective, and the other focused on the European point of view.
