The event takes place on November 24, 25 and 26 and aims to bring together volunteers from all over Brazil from the network in order to generate connection and recognition, as well as to ensure the construction and planning of the coming year. There will be three days of program involving panels, dynamics, awards and exchanges of experiences, with more than 200 participants and guests attending. 

"When we talk about developing leaders, we are not restricting ourselves to those people who want to pursue a political career, but to all those who want to act in public, whatever it may be, to make their communities, and why not Brazil, a fairer and more democratic place?" explains Vinicius Zunino, Politize!'s Leadership Training Manager. 

The Politize! Ambassadors program arose from the need to train citizen leaders capable of generating social change in their localities through positive impact projects. With three existing layers in the program - Politize! Multipliers, Politize! Embassies and Leaders Network - they produce practical and theoretical activities capable of multiplying knowledge in politics, democracy and citizenship, and collaborating with solutions to public problems.  

More than 2,500 people have been trained since 2018, with more than 8,000 workshops held across the country and more than 660 public policy proposals built by the network. They are heading towards the 7th edition of the Politize! Ambassadors program and the goal is to reach all 5,570 Brazilian municipalities.
