GPúblicas: Network of Women in Public Management is co-organized by the Alziras Institute, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Porticus and supported by a network of local partners - Network of Women Scientists, National Association of Specialists in Public Policy and Management (ANESP), National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and support from the National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM), Brazilian Municipality Association (ABM) and National Front of Mayors (FNP).

The project promotes a space for training, exchange, and articulation among women in public management on themes relevant to municipal management, especially in the context of the Pandemic, focusing on municipalities with less than 100 thousand inhabitants governed by women and having the issue of gender and race as transversal to public policies

The project consists of three Training Cycles composed of the following activities:

1. Webinars with the managers and specialists;
2. Laboratories for Solutions with the exchange of experiences and systematization of good practices with teams of technicians from the Municipalities;
3. Development and dissemination of complementary training materials;
4. Publication of content on best practices, interviews with managers and experts, among other materials on the project's website and social networks.

The activities are online and take place through the zoom platform, YouTube and WhatsApp groups, and are disclosed through a content platform (website) that is updated on a weekly basis. Also, a monthly newsletter is sent to the participants.
