In 2012, KAS Israel and the Center for the Study of European Politics and Society at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev joined forces to establish the Bologna Training Center (BTC) at BGU. We share the conviction that it is in Israel’s and Europe’s best interest to open the “European Higher Education Area” to Israel – and vice versa.
