On the 30th of April, 2013, KAS Amman Office and TAGORG will hold a seminar in Amman, entitled “Jordanian Judiciary and Arbitration”. The seminar will gather around 100 participants of the local and international business community, in addition to arbitrators, judges and academics, in order to raise awareness of arbitration as an alternative legal technique for the resolution of commercial disputes outside the court.
