By Mr. Him Rotha
Him Rotha is a researcher at the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP), a foreign affairs think tank based in Phnom Penh. He received a BA (hon.) in International Studies from the Institute of International Studies and Public Policy, Royal University of Phnom Penh. His concentrations include Cambodia's foreign policy as well as political security in Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
