Dy Sereyvoleak joined KAS Cambodia in December 2020. She holds a Bachelor Degree in International Relations from Royal University of Phnom Penh. She is a the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program alumni which did a one semester exchange in the United States funded by the Department of States. She was also a Volunteer Youth Ambassador for Sustainable Development Goals.
