Workshop: Project Management Fundamentals

We are excited to be hosting the Project Management Fundamentals workshop with Dhana Raj Markandu on 3–4 May 2025 for our KAS Malaysia Scholars!

 

As part of our KAS Malaysia Young Scholars for Excellence 2024/2025 programme, this two-day workshop will build foundational skills in project management through a people-centric, process-driven, and outcome-oriented approach.

 

Amongst others, our scholars will explore:

 

• Core principles of project management
• Project team roles and competencies
• Stakeholder management strategies
• Project lifecycle (Waterfall approach)
• Scope and change management
• Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Risk management frameworks
• Resource and budget management
