The reports in the book are based on an online discussion with experts from Albania, Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia, which took place on 8th of May 2020.
The publication offers a comparative perspective of the constraints as well as potential opportunities that the journalistic profession has faced and partly still faces during the pandemic across the four countries.
