Guest of honor was Mr. Thomas Roe, former Adviser and ASEM and ARF Counsellor Asia and Pacific Department, European External Action Service, who spoke on the Europe-Asia Relations after the 9th ASEM Summit in Laos. Dr. Wilhelm Hofmeister, Director, Political Dialogue with Asia, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Singapore, Ms Anna Berdach, European Commission, Directorate-General for Development and Cooperation – EuropeAid, and Mr. Patrick Rueppel, Program Manager, EU-Asia Dialogue, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Singapore, provided further information on cooperation opportunities between Asia and Europe as well as the EU-Asia Dialogue.
