Experts from Albania, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia and Germany present the experience of their countries in dealing with the past, including topics like access to archives of former secret services.

Following the presentations, at a round table, the experts will discuss the results of the Croatian “Council for dealing with the consequences of non-democratic regimes".
