The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Rule of Law Programme Middle East and North Africa (MENA), in partnership with the Center for Strategic Studies University of Jordan (CSS), will hold a panel discussion titled "The Constitutional Court of Jordan: Evaluating Ten Years of Service and Future Expectations" on Tuesday, 19th of July 2022 at 12:00 P.M. in Amman, Jordan at the University of Jordan -Prince AL Hussein Bin Abdullah- School of International Studies.

The study analyzed the current significance of the Constitutional Court of Jordan, its influence on the rule of law in Jordan, and the extent of this influence over the past ten years. Further, it sought to investigate whether there has been a change in legislative trends and behaviors as well as major legislative decisions that have reflected the success (or failure) of the court in achieving its founding objectives.

Dr. Ziad Eyadat and Dr. Laith Nasraween, as well as two constitutional judges from Jordan and Egypt, will be on the panel.
