This is the revised edition of “Electoral Reform in Africa: Challenges and Opportunities’ report that was developed in collaboration with ICJ Kenya. In addition to incorporating chapters from the previous edition, this revised edition lays special focus on the electoral reform in Kenya in light of the new constitutional dispensation.
