Volume VII of the Readings on the Rule of Law in Africa deals with constituional and rule-of-law questions concerning constituitonalism, the independence of the judiciary, corruption, socio and economic rights, civil society, non-state violence, and gender issues. The book was produced by the Kenyan Section of the International Commission of Jurists and funded and supported by the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation.
