Judiciary Watch Report, Volume 10

This is the 10th edition in the series of the Judiciary Watch Report, an annual report that is published in collaboration with ICJ Kenya. In light of the new constitutional dispensation in Kenya, the report focuses on the judicial enforcement of Socio-Economic rights under the new Constitution and interrogates the challenges and opportunities that this dispensation offers for the country as the implementation process gets underway.
