The workshop is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation and practical insights into AI technologies. It is expected to accommodate approximately 130 participants, comprising parliamentary executives, officials, employees, and observers. The program will include lectures on the fundamentals and applications of AI and Generative AI, followed by hands-on sessions aimed at demonstrating the practical use of these technologies to improve the Secretariat’s operational efficiency. To promote focused and uninterrupted learning, the workshop will be conducted offsite, away from the participants’ regular work environment. The venue will be arranged in a classroom-style setting, equipped with desks to facilitate the use of personal electronic devices during practical exercises.
Upon conclusion of the workshop, participants are expected to possess a clear understanding of AI technologies and their applications, and be well-prepared to leverage these tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Secretariat’s operations.
