In a seminar, organised by the National University of Hanoi and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Vietnam, the topic “Global governance” should be discussed following the questions: What effects does social market economy brings for Vietnam, for the central government and local administration? What are their inherent effects provide a progress for the individual humans? How can a view on the society, which has its basic core on itself responsible individual represents, agree with the understanding in post-socialist transition countries? What is the role of civil society in finding a generally accepted model of order?
