Vietnam will combine the benefits of trading in the WTO and as swell achieve their interests in the WTO, if it has its own expertise. For this reason, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Vietnam together with the Vietnamese Lawyers' Association will held a conference in which the experience of Vietnam with the WTO accession will be discussed. One of the further ongoing topics on the Conference will be the question of establishing a possible research and consulting institution for WTO issues.

Participants will be several representatives from science, economics and politics. Like:

• Mr. Pham Quoc Anh, president of the Vietnamese Lawyers' Association and a member of the National Assembly
• Dr. Hoang The Lien, Deputy Minister of Justice, Vietnam
