WORKSHOP - THE DEMAND AND ORIENTATION FOR IMPROVING LEGISLATION ON LAWS IMPLEMENTATION IN VIETNAM

While the development of the legal system has had many successes in Vietnam, there are shortcomings and limitations that have affect the efficiency of the laws. One of the main reasons for this situation is that the organization of law implementation is not yet fully institutionalized.
