WORKSHOP - THE DEMAND AND ORIENTATION FOR IMPROVING LEGISLATION ON LAWS IMPLEMENTATION IN VIETNAM - Foundation Office Vietnam
The workshop attracted the active participation of numerous representatives of relevant organizational units from the executive, judicial and legislative branches and from a total of 37 provinces nationwide. It also welcomed a German guest, Clauspeter Hill, Deputy Head of the European and International Cooperation Department of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Berlin who participated in person. Mr. Hill shared the experience in law implementation of the Federal Republic of Germany as a reference for Vietnam. He also exchanged with Vietnamese counterpart on administrative enforcement in Germany.
Addressing at the workshop, Vietnam Vice Minister of Justice Mr Nguyen Khanh Ngoc highlighted the importance of legal and judicial reform. Through the broad, diverse and various expertise provided at the workshop, new insights were generated that combined theory and practice to optimize the laws in Vietnam and strengthen the legal system.
During the discussion of the workshop, the experts pointed out many issues when it comes to law implementation in practice.
