The program of KAS Scholars in Macedonia
The scholarship program of the Konrad Adenauer
Foundation aims for support of talented, socially
active students and future leaders, who may give
personal contribution in achieving the goals of
the Foundation and their motherland Macedonia.
To be a part of the scholars family is not just
privilege and honor, but responsibility towards
one self, towards education, the country, and the
perspectives of the economic political and
cultural development.
The need of integration and development of the
Christian-democratic goals in the context of the
contemporary global trends is necessary
condition for saving of the society's traditional
values. The scholarship program is by all means a
step forward in the realization of this goal.
The active and consistent training, the exchange
of ideas and experiences, possibilities for
participation in numerous international events
and meetings, as well as establishing of
friendships and network of professional
collaboration is just a part of the benefits for the
Macedonian scholars. This is a way for additional
preparation in taking responsibilities in the
politics, economy, culture and social life.
