This event, to which European and Asian female representatives in decision-making positions as well as European and Asian experts on the respective regional development of female representation, but also European policy makers and a general, interested public are invited, shall be an arena for exchange where effective and sustainable ways of promoting women’s engagement in decision-making positions shall be discussed and evaluated.

Moreover, it shall be an opportunity for a stocktaking evaluation of successful strategies and best practice examples addressing the issue in both regions in order to offer new impulse and impetus for achieving gender equality.
