External and Internal Obstacles to the Hiring and Integration of Arab Graduates in Hi-Tech Companies

Publication to the joint KAS- CJAED project MATCH (Matching Arab Israelis to Careers in High-Tech). This publication examines the external obstacles (on the part of employers) that are hindering the absorption of Arab graduates into hi-tech companies as well as the internal-personal obstacles (on the part of job candidates) that constitute an obstacle to the absorption of Arab graduates into hi-tech companies.
