The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Israel would like to congratulate the winners of the 2020 Israel Council on Foreign Relations/Israel Journal of Foreign Affairs /Konrad Adenauer Stiftung-Israel Essay Contest on "COVID-19: Exploration of Potential Systemic Changes to the Global Order."
We received dozens of entries and are proud to co-present the top three with our partners at ICFR:
1st Place: Moshe Kwiat for his essay "Pandemics, Grey Zone Warfare, and (Inter)National Security"
2nd Place: Rachel Gould and M. Kate Gallagher for their essay "We Can Do Better: Opportunities to Adopt a New Economic Paradigm Thanks to the COVID-19 Pandemic"
3rd Place: Natan Chernin (not pictured) for his essay "The Threat of the Bio Lone Wolf on National Security: A Covid-19 Perspective"
