ADVANCING DIALOGUE ON NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITY AND GOVERNANCE IN SOUTHEAST ASIA

Hanoi, 6 October 2026 – The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Vietnam, in cooperation with the VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), organized a dissemination workshop on the project “Non-Traditional Security in Southeast Asia: New Approaches to Policy and Governance.” The event brought together scholars, researchers, and practitioners to discuss emerging security challenges associated with cyber-enabled fraud and transnational organized crime.
