As part of the KAS Young Scholars for Excellence programme, our new scholars from the 2025/2026 batch will be participating in a half-day professional development workshop titled “LinkedIn for Emerging Professionals: Maximising LinkedIn for Career Success,” on 16 November 2025.
This session is designed to help scholars strengthen their professional readiness by building a credible online presence and cultivating digital confidence. Through a combination of practical exercises, peer learning, and guided reflection, participants will learn how to:
- Develop an impactful and professional LinkedIn profile that reflects their personal values and career goals.
- Strategically grow and maintain professional networks.
- Create a content strategy that showcases knowledge, expertise, and leadership potential.
- Foster meaningful engagement that supports long-term career development.
This workshop will be facilitated by Nina Sharil Khan, an experienced entrepreneur and digital branding coach known for her work in empowering emerging professionals to leverage online platforms for growth and influence.
This training supports the broader goals of the KAS Young Scholars for Excellence programme, to nurture young Malaysians into thoughtful, responsible, and future-ready leaders. By learning how to present themselves authentically and effectively in the digital space, scholars will be better equipped to navigate their career pathways with confidence and purpose.
