This academy aims to provide strategic support and practical skills to the mayors from VMRO-DPMNE, which are decision-makers and elected representatives at the local level, focusing on enhancing their efficiency, transparency, and communication with citizens. As part of the academy, a discussion titled "Organizational, strategic and communication approach for more efficient Local Self-Government and citizens engagement" will be held, providing a platform for exchanging experiences, ideas, and best practices. The program also includes specialized training sessions on leadership and communication skills in politics.
At the academy a welcoming addresses will be held by Daniel Braun, Official representative of KAS, Hristijan Mickoski, President of the Government and President of VMRO-DPMNE and Svetislav Vasev, Head of the Party Research and Analytical Center “Ljubisha Georgievski”.
Through this Academy it is expected that the mayors will acquire new knowledge, skills, and perspectives. This academy not only contributes to the personal and professional development of the participants but also indirectly influences the improvement of services that local authorities provide to citizens.
