A regional expert conference in the framework of the German EU Council Presidency

Among the goals of the German EU Presidency is the promotion of minimum standards regarding the rights of suspects and defendants in criminal proceedings. KAS wishes to contribute to this initiative through its Rule of Law Program South East Europe.
