Selected Decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany. Supplementary volume in Croatian - Rule of Law Programme Southeast Europe
The collection of selected decisions includes 45 decisions from the fields Fundamental rights (Art. 1 – 19 GG), Basic principles of state structure and privilege of parties (Art. 23, 24, 25 and 59 II GG), as well as Justice and basic rights to justice (Art. 101 ff GG).
This selection of essential decisions addresses primarily the judges and research assistants of the Croatian Constitutional Court, along with other legal professionals and constitutional experts in the Republic of Croatia. The purpose of this publication is providing guidance and orientation for jurists in the above mentioned legal fields from Croatia and other countries in the region. The selection offers a systematic approach to jurisprudence of the Federal Constitutional Court, which due to its quality and consistence benefits from high recognition and appreciation - even beyond Germany.
