Selected decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany - Rule of Law Programme Southeast Europe
The publication is based on the study "Decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court" by Prof. Dr. Jürgen Schwabe. The RLP SEE has significantly edited and expanded the collection to reflect the needs of the country. The volume contains 178 decisions and press releases in the areas of constitutional law doctrine (Part One: General), Fundamental Rights(Art. 1-19 GG), government structural principles (Article 20 GG), participation in international organizations (Article 23, 24 and 59 II GG) and case law, in particular judicial review (Article 100 of the Basic Law) and Justice fundamental Rights (Art. 101 ff GG).
