Selected decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany - Rule of Law Programme Southeast Europe
The collection of decision opens with an introduction by Prof. Dr. Andreas Voßkuhle, current President of the German Constitutional Court, by Augustin Zegrean, President of the Constitutional Court of Romania and Werner Hans Lauk, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Romania. The director of the RSP SOE, Thorsten Geissler, contributed a foreword as well.
This selection key decisions aimed primarily at the judges and academic staff of the Romanian Constitutional Court, but also to other legal
practitioners as well as constitutional law experts in the country. It aims to serve those in the areas mentioned above as a guide and inspiration. The collection of decisions opens a systematic approach to the German Supreme Court, which got, due to its quality and consistency - not only in Germany - a high level of acceptance and appreciation.
