Die Kontrolle der Verwaltungsbehörden durch unabhängige Kontrollinstanzen

Noch vor Jahresende werden in Tunesien 12 neue Verwaltungsgerichte (erstinstanzliche Kammergerichte) in den Regionen eingerichtet. Damit wird die Verwaltungsgerichtsbarkeit dekonzentriert und für die Bürger einfacher erreichbar. Hintergrund sind die im Dezember erstmals stattfindenden Kommunalwahlen, zu deren Begleitung und Kontrolle die neuen Verwaltungsgerichte eingerichtet und funktionstüchtig gemacht werden müssen.

On 16 and 17 June 2015, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung organized a conference on the topic "Une Cour constitutionnelle internationale au service du droit démocratique et du droit constitutionnel", held at the Faculty of Law Rabat-Agdal of the University Mohammed V in Rabat, Morocco. The results of this conference have now been published in an anthology.
