Following opening remarks by Mr. Philipp Bremer, Director of the KAS Rule of Law Programme MENA, and Ms. Maha Qashou, Regional/Country Manager of the (She Leads) Program, the workshop program on the first day included defining the concepts of networking and strategic planning for advocacy campaigns, steps to identifying the problem-how to build a common vision for the campaign, setting goals for advocacy campaigns, and identifying and analyzing the capabilities of rights holders and obligors- Mrs. Joumana Merhi led the first day.
The sessions on the second day were divided into two topics. The first, led by Mr. Nadim Boustany, focused on practical methods for influencing stakeholders and online advocacy campaigns in exile and confined spaces. Advocacy at the United Nations was also discussed. Mr. Milad Hadchiti led the second session on public speaking skills, influence psychology, and oral communication.
On the third day, topics covered by Mrs. Joumana Merhi included identifying mobilization, advocacy and coalition, building and producing campaign tools and media: logo and messages for advocacy campaigns.
On the last day, the participants were introduced to three organizations that aim at strengthening women's rights. The participants had the opportunity to learn about their mission, ongoing projects, as well as their lobbying and advocacy campaigns.

National Commission for Lebanese Women (NCLW).
KAFA Enough Violence & Exploitation.
