To achieve this goal, the Office of the Administrative Courts or OAC has been developing an electronic case management system to support both court personnel and parties involved in proceedings. It has also implemented training programmes to enhance knowledge, understanding, and skills in conducting electronic administrative trials. These trainings are provided on a continuous basis by experienced and knowledgeable practitioners, aiming to support the delivery of administrative justice that is prompt, fair, and modern—consistent with the stated vision.
From the implementation of past training programmes designed to build knowledge, understanding, and skills in conducting electronic administrative trials, it was found that the OAC still lacks a sufficient number of deeply knowledgeable and experienced trainers to drive the electronic administrative court system toward achieving the goals set in the master plan. This shortfall has led to challenges and obstacles in disseminating knowledge and practical experience related to the use of the electronic case management system in a comprehensive manner. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a “Training Programme for Multiplier Trainers on the Use of the Electronic Administrative Case Management System” to increase the number of qualified trainers. These trainers will be able to effectively disseminate knowledge and provide guidance on using the system to both internal and external personnel of the Administrative Court in a timely and widespread manner. This initiative will contribute to achieving a fully functioning electronic Administrative Court (e-Admincourt) in the near future.
