The training seminar will help Vietnamese legal personnel in the southern provinces to improve their competencies in policy analysis and impact assessment when drafting legal documents. The training activity will also enable them to master the knowledge of the Criminal Code 2015 and the process of issuing new legal documents according to the Law on Promulgation of Legislative Documents 2015 and Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP, which provide detailed regulations and measures to build legal and normative documents of People's Councils and People's Committees at different levels in accordance with the local administrative system.
