Viet Nam's international integration process is taking place more and more deeply, promoting foreign investment in Viet Nam to grow rapidly. However, the flip side of this process is the increasing number of international investment disputes to which the Government and state agencies of Viet Nam are a party. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustainability and enhance the attractiveness of the investment environment in Viet Nam, it is necessary to improve the knowledge and skills on prevention and settlement of international investment disputes for civil servants doing legal work in Ministries and provinces of Viet Nam.
