Spanning 3-years, KAS-USSH’s research on the EU Approach to Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific has been successfully completed!
The study focuses on:
- EU's and the individual member states' approaches to cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region
- How has Vietnam, an increasingly important actor in the Indo-Pacific region, perceived the role of the EU and its individual member states and what expectations are associated with European engagement from Vietnam’s perspective?
- Perception and involvement of some significant actors in the EU’s strategy and activities in the Indo-Pacific region.
- Prospects and challenge for the EU’s involvement in the region and in the new international context
