On June 24-25 2019, KAS and the Commission of People's Petition, under the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, will host a skill-training on the use of database management software to deal with citizens' petition in Ha Long. To improve the work and use of information technology in people’s petitions, the Commission has designed a first version of the software in order to analyze citizen reception and voters’ petitions. The trainers will present the new software and instruct officials of municipal and provincial MP delegations in the effective use of the software. The contribution ideas at the workshop will be considered for editing and upgrading the software.
