Our third and final KAS-BDI Single Market Workshop for 2023 this week addressed the complexities of EU corporate taxation. Insights shared by Ioanna Mitroyanni (DG Taxation and Custom Union), and Christian Kaeser (Siemens) as well as our moderator and co-host Philipp Gmoser (BDI - Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V.) delved into the BEFIT proposal, the Commission's latest attempt from September 2023 to introduce a single corporate tax rulebook for the EU.
