Beside the 25 participants who took part in the event directly, over 50 participants from various provinces of Indonesia were virtually participating.

In order to refresh the knowledge of the local authorities on the current status of the regulations for cooperation and the necessary legal knowledge when drafting cooperation agreements, the KAS held a hybrid event in cooperation with the Indonesian Ministry of the Interior from November 17 to 19. Besides the 25 participants from the Ministry of the Interior which participated at Hotel Luwansa Jakarta, were more than 50 participants from the local governments virtually to the event connected.
