KAS Jordan Office offers internships to students who are in the second half of their undergraduate studies, or graduate studies. The general period of an internship in the KAS Jordan Office is 8 to 12 weeks. Students of political science, economics, law or Middle Eastern studies are preferred.

Very good English speaking and writing skills as well as a good knowledge of current political issues are required. Arabic and German are an asset.

Successful applicants will assist in planning, organizing and administration of activities on political education and will conduct their own research on specific academic topics.

Interns have to pay all costs for travel, accommodation and living themselves. The KAS offers help in providing information during the preparation for the intern’s stay and pays a monthly expense allowance of 350 JOD.
