on the Eve of the German EU Council Presidency

On the occasion of the German EU Council Presidency, the Regional Program Near East / Mediterranean of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung publishes the proceedings of the conference on “Perspectives of European Foreign and Security Policy in the Mediterranean on the Eve of the German EU Council Presidency“.
