In recent years, the international organizations in Geneva have been used to headwinds. Compared with this, however, the consequences of Russia’s war against Ukraine are a veritable hurricane that is sweeping through all multilateral fora in Geneva. In addition, several organisations are also concerned about the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Tigray, as well as in Yemen and Afghanistan.
