Who says project management can't be fun?
This past weekend, we turned the KAS Malaysia office into a construction zone of creativity and strategy during our Project Management Fundamentals workshop led by the ever-inspiring Dhana Raj Markandu!
The twist? The trainer used Lego® Serious Play® to dive deep into the world of project management knowledge areas. Yes, we literally built our understanding one brick at a time! 💪
The fourth batch of our brilliant Young Scholars for Excellence didn’t just learn but they explored concepts, built strategies, and challenged ideas, while having a whole lot of fun along the way. From tackling real-world dilemmas through Lego storytelling to piecing together creative solutions (and some surprisingly intricate structures!), this was hands-on learning at its most energising and impactful.
Massive kudos to Dhana for guiding us with such clarity and heart, and to all our scholars for bringing your A-game (and your imagination)!
