THE 15TH OCEAN DIALOGUE

On 18 September 2026, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Vietnam and the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) jointly organized the 15th Ocean Dialogue in Hanoi under the theme “From Agreement to Action: Implementing BBNJ for Equitable and Effective Ocean Governance.” The event brought together leading scholars, diplomats, legal experts, policymakers, and practitioners from Vietnam and abroad to exchange views on promoting the effective implementation of the Agreement on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biological Diversity of Areas beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ Agreement).
